Commitment to the provisions of the Convention on International Civil Aviation as well as Standards and Recommended Practices prescribed in the Annexes and close cooperation among States in the implementation of the provisions of the said convention are the cornerstones for ensuring a safety, security, efficiency and regularity as well as for environmental protection in the international civil aviation.
